My network camera work fine in internal network. Already release the port of my IP Camera and put the IP camera IP in the DMZ (setup in router).

However, I found that when I try to access through internet (http), it show me the normal login page, but if I login the page it just show me the navigation bar (horizontal and vertical) and the central part (viedo streaming part) show black screen.

I already change the Port in the IP camera setup to different port, but seems the same problem exist.

Please help!!!!

I'm assuming that you guys have done all the necessary steps with port forwarding and ddns settings.

I had the same problem as well with my dcs 5220.

the solution.

go to the camera settings, go to network and check the box that says "Allow UPnP port forwarding"

if its checked, uncheck it and save settings, then go back check it again and save settings.
